Static Balance Training 1
Can balance be trained? Sure! Balance is generally divided into static and dynamic training, as well as sitting and standing training. In the next two weeks, I will share with you several standing balance training exercises.
Please pay attention to safety before training! While doing exercise, stand next to a wall or table. Putting a chair behind you as a "safety net", also make sure someone is there to ensure safety.
Static balance training 1:
1. Place your feet flat
2. Maintain balance for 15-30 seconds
3. Repeat 3 – 5 times.
(If you want to increase the difficulty, you can close your eyes.)
