Is there any training for balance? Of course! Balance training is generally divided into static and dynamic training, as well as sitting and standing training. Dynamic balance training (sitting):

1. Stretch your hands forward

2. Move the body to the left

3. Stay for about 2 seconds

4. Move to the right again
