Dr. So has been an Executive Committee member of Rehabaid Society since 1997. He is the Senior Partner of Tang and So, Solicitors & Notaries. Academically, he obtained Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, Masters of Laws from the City University of Hong Kong and The People's University of China, and Doctor of Laws from the Peking University. He is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong, England, Singapore, and Australia. Apart from being a Notary Public, Dr. So is also a China-Appointed Attesting Officer. Active in community services, he is a Trustee of The Legal Education Trust Fund and Victoria Charitable Trust Fund, Honorary Legal Advisor of St. Paul Hospital and The Maryknoll Medical and Welfare Association.
