In March 2023, our physiotherapist presented a health seminar at Hop Yat Church Neighborhood Elderly Centre, The Church of Christ in China, and this time the topic was about pain management for knee pain. Besides sharing the information about the pathology, we also performed a live exercise session with the participants to practice what they learned. The interactive format was welcomed very much as real time feedback and discussion helped them to learn proper posture and body mechanics.
