Jockey Club ENGAGE Video Storytelling Workshop

This March we had an opportunity to join a program for NGOs organized by Asian Charity Services (ACS), Video Storytelling Series of the Jockey Club ENGAGE Digital Exploration Program. Within 30 days, our team joined the online briefing session, completed a self-learning online module, participated a full-day workshop (along with 2 volunteers for our team), designed and created a short video, went through an online voting for our video, and joined the online pitch competition among 12 other NGOs.

Despite the time constraint and condensed learning process for a relatively new topic, we enjoyed the learning experience. The video that our team produced won the video production prize award along with 2 other NGOs. It comprised a video production service valued at $60,000, provided by a professional video production house. We look forward to the experience and the video which should be a good tool for our publicity.
