We were able to invite a couple of speakers for a health talk related to Chinese Medicine and healthcare for our wheelchair users support group. The traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners shared how to understand our health through different internal and external factors. The other speaker shared how to use our own hands to perform acupuncture without the needles and tips for care with COVID-19. With the ongoing pandemic, we added an online option to attend the health talk for those who were not able to attend in person
