For many years, I have witnessed the growth and development of Rehabaid Society. Not only do they serve an important function in the process of rehabilitation for people with special needs, they also do it with endless dedication and compassion. From health education on a community scale to customized private advisory services, professionals at Rehabaid Society attend to clients’ needs with admirable care. It is my sincere wish that with more support and resources, Rehabaid Society can extend their work to benefit more people in the community.

Mr. Shih Wing Ching was born in Shanghai and came to Hong Kong when he was a child. In 1978, he and business partners opened the Centaline Property Agency Limited. Mr. Shih had served as a member of the Commission on Strategic Development, Hong Kong Housing Society, the Estate Agents Authority, and the Task Force on Economic Challenges. In 2008, Mr. Shih established the Shih Wing Ching Foundation to support community work in the society, with particular focus on the improvement of livelihood, education and healthcare for farmers in the mainland China.
