Static Balance Training 2
Can balance be trained? Sure! Balance is generally divided into static and dynamic training, as well as sitting and standing training.
Please pay attention to safety before training! While doing exercise, stand next to a wall or table. Putting a chair behind you as a "safety net", also make sure someone is there to ensure safety.
Static balance training 2:
1. Place your feet forward and backward.
2. Maintain balance for 15-30 seconds
3. Repeat 3 – 5 times.
