Information for Patients

Please arrive our centre 15 minutes before the appointment time and bring along the following documents:

1.      Hong Kong Identity Card

2.      Doctor’s referral

-            If you are unable to show up as scheduled, please call us in advance (not less than one working day) to change or cancel your appointment so that we can allocate the time to other patients.

-            For those who failed to notify, the consultation fee of the appointment will be charged.

Remarks：

-            Please wear sports apparel or loosely fitted clothing suitable for activity for physiotherapy consultation.

-            Patients who have metal imparts in their body, such as defibrillators, cochlear implants, artificial joints, etc., please notify our staff.
